Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Atlanta is a 501 © 3 nonprofit community-service agency, founded in 1964, which provides confidential budget counseling, money management education, debt management programs, bankruptcy counseling and education, and comprehensive housing counseling. The agency, which is accessible 24 hours per day and seven days per week, serves more than 500,000 consumers in all 50 states.

National non-profit ACORN Housing has been providing free housing counseling to low and moderate income homebuyers since 1987.

Government Partners
The Archway Project is a new way to deliver a full range of University of Georgia resources to counties facing significant issues related to rapid growth. The Archway Project promotes community economic development; adapts to assist with each region’s unique, expressed needs; and provides leadership by partnering with other higher education institutions, state agencies and local communities.
The five-member Clayton County Board of Commissioners oversees Clayton County governance. The Clayton County Commission founded the Housing Authority of Clayton County (HACC), the lead agency of the CCFRC, in 1982.
